Spent 10 minutes trying to work out the touch screen because they didn’t have any soft drinks but didn’t tell people so kept having to go back to try to order a meal. It was a nightmare and everyone else agreed. But the final straw -‘the burger buns were so dry, they were almost breadcrumbs and the burgers were warm at best, chips bland and milkshake - well fake strawberry, but no choice of cold soft drink so ….. it was awful

Paid £11.39 for a vegan meal, didn't get the drink. If I walked back to correct the issue my food would have been cold.

Usually Burger king food is pretty good, however on this occasion they didn't deliver their normal good service.It's a good job I don't mind my bacon undercooked, however this is not the case with most people

Two men working up front don't even hide their disgust at having to do their job and serve people, the man serving I didn't see the name but Malcom made a face to him after the customers turned around. Really unwelcoming behaviour!

The cleanliness of the place was really good. But the burger was so poor! Half the size it normally is and barely any filling! It wasn't even busy!!

Not too sure what his name is. But the absolute mong that works there with the tattoos, needs sacking. Never have I felt so awkward ordering food. Grunts because he clearly doesn't have capacity to talk. Then when he's messed mine and two others orders up. He's on the defensive. Man with the sleeve tattoo, get a new job.....

Stopped there recently for lunch. Burger King prices were extortionate, even for a services (£11 for a meal with a Capri Sun drink). The chicken royale with bacon / cheese and 'cheesy' chips were a disgusting, soggy mess. Came away with food poisoning, which I'm still dealing with. Wish I'd followed my instinct and walked away (and bought a sandwich from the shop)... Counter staff appeared to struggle with English. Avoid this place if you value your health, or especially if you prefer sweeteners (which they don't provide).
