I went a few days ago for an appointment. And while the lady was kind, unfortunately I feel like she did not meet the expectations of service I had in mind in terms of time because the meeting ended short at half past, instead of a full 50 minutes. It was her advice that I go for the NHS, which I do not agree with. Nevertheless, she did not charge me, which I am fine with.
