Clean Getaway Hand Carwash
Absolutely terrible. They have left swirl marks and scratches all over my car. They use dirty cloths full of sand and dust.Also car was left for 15 minutes after rinsing which left horrible soap/water marks all over the car. The guy put so much pressure on them bonnet trying to get them out, he ended up leaving scratches and swirl marks all over the place.Use to be a good place but seems like they find any joker off the street.Avoid at all cost...

Regular customer, but yesterday was a farce, as too busy messing about, taking ages, and playing about with the stereo changing stations to what they preferred, failed to clean the boot at all, messed around with sat nav, various controls, including eco-button, off-road mode, and hill decent. Other issues too, (so should’ve actually done what they were being paid to do, as yesterday was a really poor service with real long waits while staff seemed to be arguing with each other all the time.

Used to do a good, Last two time they pressure washed the car too close and taken chunk of the paint out of the car. They checked the CCTV and saw it but did not take responsibility of the damaging paint. So, I now having to pay for paint work which they refused to pay!! I won’t be using them ever again or recommend them to anyone else.

I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Always very well looked after and couldn’t ask for better value for your money! Milko and the team really know what they are doing and have been able to get out marks I didn’t think was possible. Took my car for in for its first wax and polish today and blown away by the results. Highly recommend these guys!

Rushing to wash your car even though I was the only person there late afternoon. Didn' put wax on my car, my wheels were partly dirty. when I ask for wax they guy said it going to get dirty again anyway" would not recommend it. Will not use again"

Haven’t found better car cleaning service in Aylesbury than this one. May not be perfect but better than others in the area. They are very busy especially during weekends. Expect long queues. Staff is efficient but busyness can lead to less cleaner vehicle. There is a customer indoor waiting area with Wi-Fi and beverages.

Best car wash in Aylsbury. They put their heart into washing cars. Had the standard wash with machine polish. Made my car look brand new again. Definitely recommend

Went on a rainy day hoping for a fast clean getaway, unfortunately took 50 minutes! At 2pm on a weekday. Including making me wait for nothing at the end, for 10 mins, for them to decide to come over and take payment.No organisation, lacking leadership, not finishing cars in any kind of order. Faster for you to clean it yourself.

I have been here before for a wash with no issues but sadly this weekend I paid for a full valet and they did a really poor job. I was in a rush and didn't check over the work, which I should have. Ended up having to go over a lot of it when I got home. Lesson learned - check over once the clean is complete. Won't be returning.
