Thank you so much Phil and all your colleagues at Chester-le-Street. Your professionalism, kindness and compassion were so much appreciated by myself and all the family on Micky’s passing. So many people commented on how unhurried and respectful the journey to and from the crematorium and the service at Birtley was and we were so grateful for that. Thank you also to Debra, a lovely person and a wonderful celebrant.

Phil and his team were top class for the funeral of my dad tommy nothing was a problem any little hickups phil and team sorted them out phil is very professional in his job he makes everyone feel relaxed he is one of the best funeral directors i have met every thing went perfect and would like to thank everyone who was part of the team you did an amazing job
