Just had a lovely meal with my partner here! Everything was great! The girls serving were lovely and the food was 10/10. It’s pricey indeed, but you pay for what you get so it’s fine. It was our first visit but we will be returning more often. Might be my new fave restaurant.Thank you so much guys!

My partner and myself booked here thinking we were going to have a lovely meal ! But it was absolutely awful!!! We requested our steaks to be medium when they arrived they were rare ! We sent them back ! They took them away and cooked them some more when we started to eat them, they were full of fat , not like the fat you get in ribeye, all you get on your plate is a steak and a portion of frozen chips !!! We paid for a beef gravy on the side , this was like dishwater when we poured it onto our meal all you could see was grease !!! Then we had sticky toffee sundae , when this arrived we asked where is the ice cream their reply was it doesn’t come with ice cream I said a sundae is ice cream based this is a joke !!! Also the restaurant had no atmosphere and was looking very tired and scruffy ! Very expensive and a complete waste of good money !! On a good note the staff were very good ……..

Went out for a ramdom lunch on a Sunday and my god was absolutely worth it! The food was devine! Couldn't fault anything. Staff brilliant food amazing cocktails gorgeous. Would 100% recommend and we will be back. Thank you

Absolutely a wonderful experience for the first time here, £20 in a 3 courses lunch is very reasonable in the restaurant week. The soup for the appetizer was so delicious, the steak was perfectly medium rare, as requested, and the dessert was wonderful too. I'm looking forward to next visit.

Passed this restaurant many times between work and the hotel we use, always fancied it and this week we got the opportunity to take some customers for a meal.Great service, pleasant atmosphere and great cocktails and good choice of wines and beers.Seven of us enjoyed some great steaks, a chateaubriand was in the order and the sides and starters were all delicious.I had the Thai Garlic Prawns, great flavour and amazing taste, rib eye was cooked perfectly, plenty of choices of sides and sauces to enjoy.Well worth a visit if your in Stockton Heath or staying close by in The Park Royal or other hotels in the area.

Only came here coz our first choice London Bridge didn't have any tables, first time here for Sunday lunch but it was absolutely spectacular. We were in two minds whether to go in as it looked extremely meat oriented with no vege Sunday lunch option advertised. Also no beer on the menu just cocktails and wine.However once in the staff couldn't do enough to accommodate my husband's vege request for a vege Sunday dinner, the waitresses were smart and checking with the chef for options. The options included a nut roast but at my husband's request they did him more vegetables and without him requesting they also knocked some off our bill. Speedy friendly service without being overbearing.We were more than happy to pay the service charge but the waitress did offer to remove that too with no prompt from us. We paid it and a tip as this place made our day. It also turned out that they had soft drinks and several beers including a lovely IPA.The dinner was just astounding, double Yorkshire, beautifully cooked veges, delicious gravy with the chef especially preparing vege gravy for my husband even though he would have eaten the meat gravy.I really wanted to have pudding as from other diner's tables the puddings looked delicious but the quantity of top quality food finished me off, next time!What a find, this will be our first choice from now on as even though we are overwhelmed with local good options, this is really special.

First off the service staff were brilliant, very friendly, couldn't really fault it. Although the food came out with long periods between everyone getting their food. Again though the ground staff were friendly and overall very good.The food itself was absolutely not worth the price. I've had just as good, if not better elsewhere for half the price. I had a rump steak which was very fatty and chewy, other people on my table was fine though so it must have just been a bad cut, bitter pill to swallow though when paying this price. The steak itself tasted very nice but I just couldn't eat it The beef chips were very mediocre. The peas were actually really good.The interior itself really isn't anything to write home about either you don't really find yourself thinking Ah this is the reasoning for the prices".I don't often like leaving bad reviews and I'm not really angry - just disappointed.Also

Food was 5 star, unfortunately we had a party of 20 and the service was very slow it was a Wednesday night and I think that with such a big party more staff should of been available, the young waitress who was brilliant looked like she was on her own serving everybody with drinks which took along time to order as did the food, the lady that looked after us who I think was the manager did her level best but like I said more staff should of been on duty, as for the food it was delicious everybody was pleased with it, because of our wait the manager offered us free deserts. I would go again but as a couple or foursome. I have given the service only one star only because of the wait due to lack of staff .
