MY-YOGA

My daughter and I have been going to Guiseppina's toddler yoga classes this summer, and have thoroughly enjoyed them. Guiseppina is a fantastic teacher, who engages the little ones without alienating the adults - the class is really good for us both! I would highly recommend it to anyone, as being a very worthwhile and great value yoga class.

My flexibility has greatly improved!

Giuseppina is a very knowledgeable teacher who makes you at ease and follow your growth step by step.She has a bubbly approach to yoga which is quite refreshing.I love doing yoga with her and she inspires me to do it at home as well.

Giusi is the one who makes me try Yoga for the first time in my entire life! If you are a beginner I highly recommend her classes which are so easy going, FUN,warm,much more practical and helping you to meditate by yourself. If you are an advanced or intermediate practicer she offers a vast variety of classes for kids, pregnants and families. I am so happy to come across one of her classes,I started to follow her on Facebook and she does live streams on her MY YOGA Facebook Page ,does free meditation live streams as well. I missed her Yoga retreat last year but this June I am going to Sardinia .Earlier this month she launched her online Yoga Foundation Course. She is full of everything about Yoga!
