Awful experience with this garage. They cancelled my MOT and Aircon refill twice with less than 24 hours notice from the garage. Booked weeks in advance and still cancelled both my appointments with no emails and only one phone call that I missed due to work. Will never use this company again.

As a Amazon driver having a puncture is a big issue before visiting ATS Euromaster I have visited another garage down the road, wasn’t helpful at all but ATS Euromaster has helped to change the tire for spare. Thank you so much. Will definitely recommend as they are very helpful indeed.

Car booked for service and MOT, garage is closed, apparently since March and isn't opening until May. Why was I not told or offered an alternative appointment at another garage. RIDICULOUS. Thankyou to ATS for your response, however your stock reply, doesn't help me. What are you going to do to get my car serviced and MOT'd, are you reimbursing me for the day off I took? My MOT runs out soon so it needs to BE DONE SOON, and I'VE PREPAID!

Jason and Aaron were both more than helpful and provided an excellent service. My car lease company were being very difficult in sending the correct information and authorisation codes over to them, which meant they had a whole lot of extra hassle to get everything they needed to do their job. They were extremely patient and very kind, going above and beyond the service that I had expected. I would wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you both for your superb service.

Fantastic service from Jason and team. I’d booked through a third party website that promised on their behalf the job would be done within half an hour, and they managed to do this for me. Will book direct next time
