Glasgow boiler experts fitted our new boiler a few months ago, we went for the Worcester Bosch boiler and hive controls.Mark and Jordan were very professional in all work carried out, knew exactly what they were doing and got the job done within two days.We are really happy with the job.We got a few quotes for a new boiler and Mark was by far the best value for money. Jordan was great, arrived on time and friendly and knowledgeable. Recommend repairing and parts needed so rebooked to fit and was finished well within the hour. No mess and reasonable price. Mark turned up on time, and diagnosed the fault with my hot water tank. He talked me through the problem, and even took a video, showing the issues he found. He replaced the tank within a couple of days. Superb service, highly recommend.

Mark and Jordan came to my house to service my boiler and replace my old radiators with new K2 ones. Jordan had come out beforehand to measure up and price the job. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding the job. They arrived promptly and set to work. They left a nice, clean, tidy job, you wouldn't even know they had been. Mark and Jordan did 2 different jobs for me, both full day jobs, so quite a bit to do.The first job was to install a 15 metres gas pipe, create the pipework using copper press-fit fittings and finally commission the combi boiler. The quality of the pipework is second to none, those guys pay great attention to details and ended up creating a piece of art. Since the pipes were exposed, it was important for those to aesthetically look nice, and on the top of that it just act as a radiator on its own.The second job was job was to convert an existing Y plan installation to S plan on a unvented system. The quality of the pipework is again amazing, the cylinder is located in a cupboard with tight access, the new pipework is of far superior quality and was done in such an efficient way that a third of the space in the cupboard was recovered for storage.There are tons of plumbers who can only do repairs, but not many who can redesign installations like Mark and Jordan.Mark and Jordan are bright and honest guys, it is evident they can work out complex problems. It feels re-assuring when they work in your home.

From the initial phone call to arrange a survey to the final installation we found Mark to be very professional and knowledgeable about our needs for a replacement boiler. He arrived on time on each occasion and there was no hard sell to give us something we didn't need or require. After installation he explained the workings of the boiler/hive system and cleared the kitchen and driveway of all the debris from installing a new boiler. Would not hesitate in recommending him to family and friends requiring new boiler/central heating.Ronnie
