I recently had a hair transplant this month at this clinic after years of deliberation. I chose this clinic after a recommendation through a friend, and I was put in contact with Nick. The whole experience from the initial consultation to the after care is excellent. No pushy sales, just informative advice. Special shout out to Nick, he knew I was nervous but answered all my questions straight away in the build up and was very supportive on the day. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. You may get the transplant cheaper abroad but the quality and service levels won’t be matched with what’s offered at Juvida Clinic.

After doing years of research during covid on hair transplants and where best to get one done, I finally chose Juvida. From the initial consultation with Kieran to turning up on the day of surgery to meet Dr Jamie and his team of technicians, I was made to feel everything revolved around me and my needs. No hard sell, always at the end of the phone for questions; and made to feel very welcome by all staff on the day.One thing I did learn as part of the experience: don’t get caught up with the clinics trying to push or persuade you they can offer you 5000 grafts (Turkey companies are renowned for this). In reality this would never be the case. It’s all about the quality. 2000 grafts can give you 4000 quality hair follicles. It’s all about follicle quality, not graft quantity, and this is something Juvida is open and transparent about.My procedure lasted about 9 hours following a session with Dr Jamie working through hairline placement and design, but time went quickly. No pain (but the initial anaesthetic injections nip for a few seconds) plenty of good music, chatting with the team whilst they’re extracting and counting the follicles, the odd nap, a few Netflix films during the implant process; and more napping.The following day all I experienced was a bit of swelling in my forehead but no pain. Follow the instructions you’re given post surgery and all will be fine.I’m looking forward to seeing the full results.Would highly recommend Juvida. It’s not worth taking the risk flying to Turkey when you have the expertise, full support; and warranty from a reputable UK company.

What an amazing experience we have had with Juvida, very professional and friendly, putting my sons mind at ease when he was loosing his hair at 18, after a few PRP sessions the hair growth is amazing, taking before and after photos we can really see where the hair has returned where there was none before! The confidence my son now has is priceless!

My experience at Juvida was absolutely fantastic, all of the staff members were really kind and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. I was shown around the building so I knew where everything was and was well looked after in regards to food and entertainment. I was quite nervous about the pain specifically the injections but I was assured that they do it the most pain free way and I didn’t feel a thing. Dr Umear Ahmad listened to exactly what I wanted and took the time to make sure I was happy with the final result. Had my transplant last June, I couldn't fault a single thing. From the start of the day and meeting the team, surgeons and hair techs was just amazing. I was made to feel at ease and relaxed.The clinic was stunning and spotless and just an all round great feel and atmosphere.I give would more than 5 stars if I could!!!

Booked consultation and now cancelled after phone call. Juvida informed me they offer free consultation no salesman etc. Person that does the consultation is basically a sales advsior in my opinion. I asked if i would be told roughly how many grafts would be possible for a HT, and was told I would need to pay for that service. How is that right?I just read the response whilst I am happy you are taking my feedback on board, and you state how you want to be transparent, yet again you failed to disclose you charge a fee for face to face consultation with the hair surgeon.

I had my surgery in November 2022 and since then if I have had any questions Juvida have been there straight away. I have had incredible results so far and I’m only 7 months in! I can’t recommend them enough.On the day, naturally I was a bit nervous but the team who were there put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands. A really nice touch is that on the day you tend to be the only person who is in so it’s also very private.I also would highly recommend the dense vitamins and hair products too!
