The guy I had I tried to make convo with he wasn’t interested wanted to speak to other staff in another language a bit rude to be honest was very tough squeezing my fingers and music was boring nails were rushed as soon as I sat down got asked what color I want (without been given any of the books to look at

Been going to Chloe’s for almost a year now and I’ve never been disappointed I absolutely love their work and they are soo friendly and smiley and are now afraid to be themselves around client but they are also very professional absolutely love them.

Went to Chloe's for the first time. Asked for a shellac manicure and normal pedicure.Manicure - no cuticle or hand work at all. Used an electric file to roughly file my nail bed and simply painted my chosen colour on. It was painted really badly, all over the edges and on my skin. No tidy up or anything. Took less than 10 minutes and the results were awful.Ended up going elsewhere to have it removed and my nails are completely scratched.Pedicure - this was with another lady. Very nicely done, neat and took a lot of time. Unfortunately do not have normal non-gel colours so therefore had to get shellac.I would not be using them again.

My first experience was outstanding, Linda who done my nails was great, I explained that I couldn't use the UV lamp as I have an allergy to UV lamps and my disability in my wrist, Linda was great. My second experience was not great, the man that applied the acrylic was rude he was more interested in moaning about the young ladys that had nails done, I payed £25 pounds for an Ombre french(infill) only got the pink the white was not touched up and is all discoloured and my nails are all different shapes. I'm sorry to leave a bad review but I would like to thank Linda. Thankyou Linda

I booked a appointment and when I got there I ended up having to wait 35 minutes after my appointment time. I appreciate they get busy and work very hard. But I don't expect when booking to have to wait that long. Another lady had also been waiting that amount of time. Very frustrating, especially when you have paid for parking. A little compensation would of been appreciated.

Fantastic atmosphere friendly staff. Love my new nails. Definitely worth a visit, they have lots of options for everyone, don't need to book appointments just walk in. Staff really do look after you make you a hot drink if you want one. Will definitely be going back.
