Saw the bike I was looking for on Motoline's website - Had a few questions so emailed Ben - Immediate response with some extra images provided.All looked well so I gave the team a call - they were kind, knowledgeable and spoke me through the process. Bike was well documented on their website from the multiple high-res photos in multiple angles so I didn't feel the need to view it in person.Paperwork all done via email - fast free delivery to my home address (I live approx. 70 miles away) - Lovely chap walked me through the bike and paperwork, made sure I was happy and that was that!Not taken the bike out for a ride yet but I feel safe in the knowledge that IF anything wasn't quite right that these guys would put it right. (It looks exactly as advertised so I'm sure it'll ride like a dream.)Thanks to Ben and the whole team - a smooth, fast and pleasant experience.

Great motorbike sales garage, though slightly tricky to find. It's upstairs above the Bahnstormer workshops. A great array of bikes to look at and really friendly and helpful staff.It's not big, with a stock of about 40 bikes but we were there about an hour just looking and chatting.

I highly recommend Motoline,I have recently purchased my new bike from Motoline and must say it's been the best experience of buying a bike I have ever had. Ben and Matt are so friendly and professional, they are highly knowledgeable and their attention to detail is outstanding.Motoline is now my go to place next time I'm looking for another bike.

Superb to deal with and a lovely range of Bikes on their website. Ben was fantastic to deal with arranging the finance and free delivery of the bike. The gentleman delivering the bike was also first class. Would not hesitate to buy from these guys again. I love my Harley Davidson! Thanks guys!

Very helpful when trading in a bike and picking up a new one was a breeze. No pressure, just let you have a browse and there if you want them. As sales should be!Even a cuppa T thrown in for good measure!.Not sure why the 4 stars! It is meant to be 5!

Absolute pleasure to do business with.I saw my bike on auto trader and ebay, less then a week later from my first email its been delivered to my doorstep. Matthew who was my main contact was a really nice guy and very enjoyable to chat with.

There are many motorcycle dealers who will sell you a bike from a nice shiny showroom and once you have handed over your hard earned cash, that's it, whereby after sales service can range from good to non-existent. At Motoline, the whole process is the best I've ever witnessed , especially the after sales service which I would describe as outstanding ! I have just purchased my third bike from these guys and the service received again was 10/10. Thanks to Ben and to Darren working his magic in the background.Keep up the brilliant work !

I contacted MotoLine after seeing them advertising a bike for sale. Ben spent a fair amount of time talking me through the condition of the bike, knowing I lived a fair distance away. I arrived and found the bike was just as described. The service was second to none, with there being no rush to get the money handed over.A few months later I had the bike serviced and found the fuel sender to be defective. Ben honoured the warranty without issue, refunding me the cost of the part plus labour, the next day.Other than visiting the showroom purely to see the vast array of bikes on offer, I’d recommend MotoLine any day of the week. You’ve got salesmen that will sell whatever is in front of them, and then you’ve got Ben who got in to selling bikes in order to fund his track time.Do yourself a favour and buy from someone who lives and breathes bikes, because you’ll probably not get service like it elsewhere.
