Not even a 1 start for the rude stuff and the management. I asked to speak with a manager to complain about one member of stuff at the front door who has been very rude and unreasonable towards me. The manager came with a can of coke in his hand and drinking it super relax when I was talking to him!!! I was so shocked with him being so unprofessional and when I asked him about his attitude he replied ' I drink when I feel like I want to!!’ Terrible experience..!

Santa's grotto was good, however their policy for charging and adult too pay for a ride a child is too young to go on, on their own is ridiculous!! £6 (in tokens 10 for £10) means we didn't stay long!! See photo

Very disappointing to be frank. Everyone pays to get in. One ride is at least three tokens each. That’s £3. My seven year old wouldn’t go on rides on his own so basically a quick walk ( literally one minute) through the house of mirrored ride cost £6. Same for other rides.There are not many rides overall. Large area used but the middle section is empty.We left after walking around four times and feeling bored

Staff/security at entrance are rude and unwelcoming. Silly set up that you have to pay £3 per person to just step in. I wanted to just wait for 2 people having an ice skating session! I could pay £3 but why should I so left the site!Such a silly set up!Employ polite and welcoming staff! Very off-putting! Will not visit againI wouldn't recommend it

My girl Wants only ice skating ⛸ only so we went on Sunday 1.30 pm time slots we already advance booked there ms Jeddie lady and other staff are very helpful m worried about first experience to daughter to ice Sketting so5 star ⭐️ for service there provide we hire penguin so she teach how to use Recommended by our side. Yes good fun experience and well maintained

The amusement park was open and we had lots of fun at the park.

Nice place but as usual on the pricy side. They charge you for entry and then for the rides too which are a rip off, you end up spending more than you would at an actual theme park such as thorpe park, Chessington etc would say not worth it to be honest

Very good organised, not to many people, they have a Santa Grotto, an ice rink and the usual rides which where in the summer.... Rides are quite expensive and some rides for small children you have to pay for the adult which in the summer was not the case. Toilets where a bit forgotten and messy. We haven't tried the food but wanted a hot chocolate and saw that it was £3.5, luxury price for a small cupA nice way to spend a couple of hours!

Incredibly disappointing Ice Rink.The cost was double what you pay for other places such as Alexandra Palace and you get half the time on an uncleaned rink. They leave a gap in between sessions and said it was to “clean” the rink and resurface the ice but it wasn’t cleaned in between as communicated. Instead, we were left watching staff play games on the rink in between the session. When I reported this and asked for a refund or a partial refund because the ice was poorly maintained, making it unsuitable for skating, they refused completely and had zero customer service in how they managed it.The pricing was ridiculous and half of the signs still say “beach” instead of “winter festival”.For a festival that hasn’t put in the effort it is overpriced with zero customer service. Be Aware.The only positive was that the rink is covered you’re okay if it rains.
