Disgraceful customer service! I have ordered from here frequently. The one thing that has always fascinated me is how rushed I am on the phone. I'm not a slow person by any means lol, but it feels like a phone call is an inconvenience. Anyway, ordered at lightning speed!!! Was told it will be 45 minutes. One hour passed so decided to brave the phone again as my husband had leave for work soon. Another frantic conversation and I cancelled after I was told it would be another fifteen minutes. I must have been too slow for him again as he put the phone down on me. I was polite and we just didn't have time to wait any longer. So, I braved the phone again as I had no idea if the order was cancelled. Thankfully it was. Of course he told me super fast. If the orders could come out as quick as the phone call there would never be a problem.

My partner went to the door to be propositioned by the takeaway driver and constantly ringing and texting her! Making her feel really uncomfortable in her own home and worried in case he came back in the night. People beware! Lucky we didn't ring the police! Disgusting behaviour.

My go-to when in Chorley for a kebab. Service here has always been fantastic. The chap who owns it is a great friendly guy and all the staff are just the same. Highly recommend!

Been a customer for years, myself and my partner order frequently and have never had any issues or complaints until this evening. One of our favourite things to order is the Venice Kebab, extra nan bread and a portion of chips to share, the Kebab comes with the option of salad and sauce both included in the price. Now, we have ordered this via various apps countless times over the years and have always asked in the comments box for the sauce to be put in a pot as we share the meal and like to add the sauce separately. This has never once before been an issue and we have always received the sauce of choice in a pot with no qualms until tonight! The order arrived and the driver proceeded to tell me that they've put he sauce in a pot tonight but in future I'd have to pay extra for it. I was a little confused and so asked again what he meant, he repeated the same. I explained that the kebab comes with sauce as an option, which I selected but just requested it to be sent separately, surely that shouldn't cost extra?? I was left a little dumbfounded so just took the order. The meal as usual was great and thoroughly enjoyed but I didn't appreciate being lectured on my doorstep for asking for one alteration on the order, especially it being an order I've made so many times before with the exact request. If there have been changes to the menu or policies, then make it apparent on the app and not lecture people on their doorstep.

I used to love Venice Papas, we ordered every week on takeaway night, but it went a bit hit n miss for a while, it wasn't always nice like it had been. Tonight however, we decided to give it another go and it was absolutely incredible, every piece of chicken tikka was cooked perfectly, and we could tell it was decent quality meat. We will definitely be ordering again.

Avoid at all costs. Long story short our food took almost 2 hours to be delivered. We called repeatedly and were told it had been sat there waiting for a driver. After 50 mins we called to cancel due to lemgth of time the food had been sat there and they said we could cancel but had already paid i.e. we would not get a refund. This is not only terrible service but also poor food hygiene practice. They delivered the food which was completely cold (incl chicken). I will report as necessary on food hygiene grounds.

We have never had a poor one yet. The kebabs are very good without being greasy. Reasonably priced and good portions. Free delivery within 3 miles if you spend £8-00 or more. The BBQ Calzone is really tasty. Delivery usually within 45 minutes of ordering, but I suppose that depends on how busy they are.

Not been for a couple of years as I moved out of the area, but was a little disappointed from a recent visit, the Pizzas weren't as moist as they used to be. Still good flavour, just too dry...

Just got a delivery and was really disappointed with the chicken kebabs. My son left is has he said his chicken was cold and my daughter only ate about half of it. Me and my husband had ours but only because we were hungry. The chicken was only just warm and far too much garlic mayo on. We came here a few months ago and really enjoyed it but definitely won’t be ordering again. Feel like I’ve chucked £24 down the drain!!

With COVID-19, we wanted to support local independent businesses. We decided to treat ourselves to this takeaway.We found their menu online which was great as we was able to choose what we wanted before ordering.They offer online and telephone orders. We rang up to put in a 15.00 GBP telephone order for collection, and they said the meal was ready within 5-10 mins! Amazing service.The food was amazing. We haven't had a kebab in a few years, so we were glad that the food was super. The salad was fresh, the garlic sauce was delicious, and the meat was juicy.We ordered a couple of pizzas, and a burger, and downed it all with a litre of Pepsi.The customer service was brilliant. We highly recommend this business. We wish them good health during this pandemic.
