I received excellent service from Forth Asbestos Services. Stuart was quick to respond to questions and based on his advice I decided to have samples taken from an immersion heater tank of concern. He was able to offer me next day sampling and the results were available that same day. The test came back positive so I am glad that we tested it. Stuart was happy to take the time to answer all my questions and provided a recommendation for a very competitively priced removal company.

We bought a flat built in 1980, and I was concerned there could be asbestos somewhere. Stuart came to our flat for a quick survey; he visually inspected all the rooms and the loft area, collected three samples for lab analysis. Luckily for us they all turned out negative for asbestos. My wife and I are both happy with Stuart's services. He was courteous, punctual and professional. Price was also very reasonable. We recommend him without hesitation.

Stuart carried out a refurbishment survey for a house we purchased. He gave great advice over the phone and in person, explained the whole process, and even popped back after the survey to confirm one extra question. We now know what we're dealing with and have clear next steps to deal with the asbestos that was found. Highly recommend.

We collected maybe 6 or 7 quotations for an asbestos survey for a property we'd just purchased before construction work, we decided to go with Forth Asbestos since they took the biggest care in tailoring the survey to our needs, and were really cost competitive. Working with Stuart from there was really excellent, he looked through the plans, did a full thorough assessment of the house, with pilot holes, collected samples for lab assessment and so on. He worked closely with us to make sure things were done they way we needed, and in the end created a great 26-page report. Unfortunately he was successful at finding asbestos in the house, but then guided us through our options for removal when needed, that was also very useful. He came for a follow on assessment and guide at no extra cost. Basically I would recommend Forth Asbestos if you want a real proper thorough job done, at a really competitive price.

I decided to fix a damaged wall and during the process I suspected there could be Asbestos present. I then emailed Forth Asbestos late on a Thusrday night and was answered straight away. Stuart came over the next morning, colected the samples and delivered the results in the afternoon on the same day. He was extremely helpful and gave me recommendations on what to do throughout the whole process. I strongly recommend!

Forth Asbestos Services were fantastic! Instant communications, sound professional advice, and they go out of their way -- literally -- to put your mind at ease. When starting renovation work on our small flat we became suspicious of materials in the window surrounds. I sent an email enquiry asking about options, and Stuart answered within an hour or so. He reassured us that probably there was nothing to be alarmed at, but there was an option to take samples and have them analysed. He offered to call around the next day. After a careful examination, a few simple tests, and armed with a load of experience, he was able to reassure us instantly of the types of materials used -- and importantly, the obvious lack of any asbestos. It would be pointless sending sample to the lab. With that outcome, Stuart insisted upon no fee, he was passing by our place anyway! For peace of mind, we can't thank him enough.
