Last Sunday I called lock & key in regards to being locked out of my bedroom. Not only was Terry’s service fast and professional, but he also helped me calm down from the situation which was greatly appreciated and he was very patient with me throughout the ordeal! The best service provided! I greatly recommend lock & key to anyone having issues, and thank you Terry again for outstanding service!

Absolutely excellent service 10 out of 10. Could not have been looked after any better. Rang Saturday morning and door handle was sorted in few hours. Very reasonably priced too. Would defo use again.

Amazing service! My key snapped in the lock, they arrived earlier than expected, which was very welcome given I was locked out in the wind and rain with the dog!Just a few minutes later we were back inside. They even helped with another lock whilst they were here.Great job, thanks!

Was locked out and Kirklees Lock and Key went above and beyond to get me back in the house. It was a challenging job but Jim was tenacious and professional. I also thought the charges were fair and reasonable. I'm very happy.

Luckily I came across Kirklees lock and key whilst searching for a locksmith. The service was excellent, very quick and professional. Everything was explained to me along with the cost. I’m very grateful to Jim for doing an excellent job, leaving no mess and making me feel safe and secure again. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service. Terry very professional and thoroughly competent in quickly solving the problem.Problems with door lock became critical during the day (almost unable to get into our home by late afternoon). Rang the number, Terry said he'd be with us as soon as possible - he was with us within 45 minutes, pretty good seeing as we live at almost the opposite end of Kirklees from him!Took it apart identified the problem, got the parts from the van, replaced them. Job done!Highly recommended.

Our tilt and slide patio door mechanism had broken. I called Danny late Fri pm and explained it was shut and secure so he had James here for 9am Mon am - by 9.30, fixed! Wasn’t sure it was fixable as they don’t make these doors any more, but we were in luck as it was the gearbox that had gone which is the only part you can still get and James had one on board! Super service and very reasonable price - thanks both, we would defo use you again :-)

These 5 stars are for Terry. He did a brilliant job and couldn't have been more helpful. He was friendly and polite, he fixed my sliding patio door, fitted a security lock and also fixed another lock for me that was not on his list. I can definitely recommend this firm.
