Boots Hearingcare Worcester

I had a full hearing test here which was conducted by a very preofessioal and Knowledgable audiologist. With no sense of sales pressure, it was clear from the test that I have hearing loss and I decided to go ahead with hearing aids. Subsequently, I was supplied with some excellent rechargeable aids and, after a month or two, am becoming used to them.I am very pleased I chose Boots, not only because of their well-trained staff but also, with a central records system, one can call into a different branch of Boots and they can immediately call up the details of my hearing and the aids I'm using.I notice a very negative Google review on this branch. All I can say is that my experience is totally positive and I wonder if the other reviewer is really typical.

Absolutely useless. Told me I had nothing wrong with my hearing when I needed two hearing aids. Suffered because of these people.
