Squirrels Children's Day Nursery

I have used Squirrels Montessori school for all 3 of my children, my youngest being 11months, i can not recommend it enough, the staff are very professional but also very welcoming and loving towards the children, since starting squirrels 2 months ago my little boy has come on leaps and bounds and this is due the care and encouragement from the staff at squirrels. I would not hesitate in putting your child in this nursery, in my eyes its the best around!

Squirrels montessori school have been absolutely amazing with our child. They're really supportive and understanding as well as being flexible. They show a great deal of care with the children and communicate well with parents. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

My son has been attending since September and love's it! The staff are amazing and are dealing with Covid-19 in such a responsible manner; it has really eased my mind as a worried parent. I can't recommend squirrels enough. I am so happy I chose this nursery as my son is learning so much and having so much fun too.

Such a great nursery. All the staff are SO lovely and kind, my son loves every single one of them and enjoys every day he goes. 100% reccomend.

All our children have gone to this nursery now and in the past. Recently, we have had to put our son into Squirrels full time due to my wife not being well. They been very helpful in explaining everything, and our son loves coming. He doesn’t look back in the mornings and just runs straight in.Very friendly and attentive staff.

My daughter absolutely loves squirrels.she has only just started but is so happy. The staff are absolutely amazing, so kind,clever and helpful. My daughter is a changed child and runs in every morning without even a look back. 100% recommend.

My little girl absolutely loves going here and has come on in leaps and bounds since September. We get amazing little updates and photos, including schemas and bench marks observed.The staff their are brilliant, really knowledgeable and will carry on any initiatives you have started at home.They’ve always got lovely little events and fun days planned too, I’m so glad we chose this school.

Fantastic nursery based in the centre of Leigh! The staff at this nursery go above and beyond to help the children settle...nothing is too much. The management team are very helpful and always keeping us updated with what's going on! I love the nursery environment and seeing what the children get up to. Children settle very quickly and are always up to fun and exciting activities. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

My son has been going to Squirrels for a few months now and he has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are amazing and helped nurture his love of colours and numbers while introducing him to so many new things that have helped us at home to help his learning.On the days my son goes to nursery he is so excited and I can honestly say I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough. We are so lucky to have found this nursery.

Found myself having to return to work earlier from maternity leave due to covid and the nursery my son was attending could not facilitate my daughter so young. I have therefore moved my nearly 3 year old to this nursery and my 3 month old daughter there. As any parent would be I was incredibly anxious about sending my daughter so young to a nursery and I had looked around a lot of different places before eventually settling with this one.I am so pleased we found Squirrels in Leigh!! I couldnt wish for better care of my little girl, nothing is too much trouble for them, they listen and learn her routine, they have got to know her little personality, what she likes and dislikes, they settle her, they even take the time to set up brilliant sensory actitoves for her!My son would settle at his previous nursery but not like this, he seems a lot more confident in these surroundings which tells me he is more comfortable and feels more at ease.From a parents perspective they are also incredibly understanding, compassionate and are everything I would want from a nursery.They are constantly changing activities within the nursery and also have a great app which they utilise to send daily updates, pictures and messages about the kids which is brilliant. It's great to find a nursery which invests money in technology and activities like these to benefit parents and children and not simply act on a pure profit basis.I can go to work and not worry about my children and know they are having a great time!!
