It was my favourite joint in 2018-2019. Back then it use to serve best food with great service in-house and I must say their own Howdy sauce, just loved it.After COVID, they put their focus on delivery more. Went to have dinner and surprised to see the service. They don’t serve you free howdy sauce anymore, service became poor, added more items but they don’t do it well, food served in delivery package and taste is awful.. They keep sending discounts but I completely avoid them now.I feel bad that they no more maintain the quality and service.

I've ordered from howdy before a few times, tried a few different options, today I ordered the John Wayne burger, this came with a very good size portion of steak chips, and a can of Pepsi, the burger was very nice and a bit of a belly buster, I was certainly full! It was hot and well cooked, as were the chips, delivery was made promptly and with a very pleasant and friendly greeting, up to date I've not had a poor meal with these guys!

I ordered a pizza deal through just eat, the pizza tasted horrible as it was garlic bread with a thick layer of cheese… far to much garlic and cheese… come cold also… was left very unhappy with this order.

Visited Here And I Don't Think I Was Impressed With The Service, The Food Was Slightly Better.The place neat and clean but the Service sucked from the moment we walked in. We're told to sit down and order at the counter once we're ready. Miserable Staff working on the till, ordered, paid, ate and left. Will I come again, I doubt it.

I was mistakenly sent a plain burger, there was a mix up on the notes, however I called up the restaurant and they were very happy to correct the mistake. They offered to remake both burgers! I felt bad and insited on just the one as the kids would be fine to remove their toppings.They sent out a fresh burger & chips (most takeaways would only remake the burger) they also sent out a complementary drink for the kids.I often order from this takeaway and have never had a bad experience, the food is always amazing, always piping hot and really good quality for the price.Staff were also lovely over the phone as well as the delivery drivers. Would highly recommend the Peri Peri chicken burger 10/10 customer service 10/10 food.Thank you!

I’ve ordered from here twice now and both have been different experiences. The food is lovely and service even better but the quality went down hill on our second order - the chicken fillets in the burgers were so thin which was a shame. I do love the waffle fries though, they are yummy!!

First time visiting went there 19/10/21 just as they shortly opened that day.I ordered T Bone Steak my Mrs got a Chicken Steak.Food arrived fast, was amazing also love the Howdy sauce the only down side I can say from the food side is that they was in plastic and aluminium trays (nothing major but the Bradford branch present the food very well in plates and wood).Also, some items on the images are not actually sold like pasta and other sauces BUT they did offer me a private area for me to pray.Alhamdulillah decent place good food good vibes and love the American western style, also the brother let me off some of my bill which is a great gesture Jazak'Allah.
