I just wish to say the service from the roost team was excellent. Punctual, polite and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend the team. Chris was very knowledgable with regards to the system and it was lovely to see the same engineer on both visits

I contacted Roost Heating after seeing their website online looking for a solar panel service for myself as well as two family households. They were very helpful and booked a call out promptly. The engineer arrived on time, carried out the service and was very knowledgeable with questions about other heating systems. I was very impressed and can highly recommend Roost.

Adrian and Max visited to undertake a new boiler installation and the replacement of an expansion tank and a thermocontroller in one of the bedrooms. The work was undertaken quickly and efficiently. They were both very polite and friendly and I would highly recommend them and the whole Roost team.

Roost returned today to do the first service on our boiler they installed last year. It was lovely to welcome Mike back. An excellent service he arrived well within the time allotted. Explained what he was doing and answered my questions. I would definitely recommend Roost Heating. Fast efficient and a pleasure to have visit our home. Thanks Mike see you next year. After installing our new boiler in May, Roost popped in today to advise on how to setup and run our new heating controls to hit the ideal balance of comfort and efficiency. Their extensive knowledge and desire to help customers is second to none. They take the time to really understand the systems they install, take pride in their installation work and then provide excellent aftercare. What more could a customer want?!
