The job role is easy enough, but it can be hard work and you need to work as a team. I thoroughly enjoy it as it's local to me. It's just a shame there aren't more hours available. A safety induction, where first aid is and where to assemble in the event of an emergency would be good but that isn't down to Hunters and it isn't rocket science. You're providing a valuable service with an end product. All in all, a no nonsense job and as straight forward as needs to be.
