Could not be more impressed!I had a very specific wish list for a nest of tables. They had to be exceptional quality, a set of 3, gold legs but not brassy looking.My requirements for the retailer were they had to be contactable by phone, deliver within 7 days, offer a refund if I was unhappy and have exceptional customer service. Cult Furnitre delivered on every level! Every single box was ticked. Communication was excellent, delivery was professional with a two man delivery (they called me 3 times on delivery day as well as day before) Christine on the phone was very helpful as was Shelley. Item was so well packaged it took us 10 minutes to unravel everything. I’m a super fussy customer and I’m so full of praise for this company. It’s so concerning ordering expensive items for the home online, you don’t have to worry about it when ordering from Cult Furniture, just place the order and look forward to receiving your quality item! Job done ✅

I really wish I could have been able write a nice review as the initial customer service was good. Unfortunately the table that I received was bad . The welds were terrible and looked like they had been done by an amateur, and the polished chrome was missing from various areas, especially near the welds. I didn't bother to complain or raise the issue as it would have been too much hassle, and I don't have time for that. I kind of expected it at the price point, so I wasn't surprised. I took a gamble and lost. So I just ordered another one from Pash Classics, much better quality. I should have done that in the first place.

Very bad experience with Cult Furniture!Not functional Item and no refund! Bordering on fraud.We ordered the DSR Glass Dining Table.It arrived with the glass top shattered into pieces.We requested a non-broken replacement from customer service.No one came for over a month to pick up the pieces to be sent back.They did send a second table which arrived undamaged, but turned out not to be functional. The legs quite literally did not attach to the top, and when we called them, it turned out they had been selling this non-working item to other customers as we were not the first complaint. It is now off the website, but how many people called and were not refunded before they deleted it?From our experience the customer service is really friendly and quick to respond. But they do not solve anything. We still have not been refunded for the second non-functioning table - this is becoming fraudulent.Any functional furniture retail would have recycled non functional products and refunded it fully by now.

Genuinely best Customer service I have received in a long time. I called and was able to speak to a person immediately about my order, they were very helpful, efficient and just all round brilliant. I LOVE the bar stools, great quality and perfect for my kitchen! Highly recommend!

Items turned up, all damaged! Legs snapped off, inadequate packaging. Quality for the price is absolutely shocking! Avoid!In response to your response - irrespective of your thoughts on how you feel the courier has handled during shipping, some of the photos below do show the poor quality of finish to the chair, welding to the metal is terrible, staples and raw edges on the material and overall quality is not good. I will be ringing today but it won't be for an exchange, I will be wanting my money back.Updated to 3* as opposed to 1* given the customer care team behind the scenes that dealt with my return and refund - a very responsive and helpful bunch.

Can only say positive things about my experience buying from Cult. Everything arrived exactly as described, super happy. I also had a great experience with customer service who were highly responsive and accommodating when I asked to amend/add to my order. Will definitely shop again with cult!

I have bought an office chair within their sale, an absolute bargain and absolutely fantastic quality! Shop around they just resell other peoples products. I found mine for £100 less almost 25:/:I’m trying to cancel an order placed less than 30 mins ago, and they are making me jump through hoops fill in forms that don’t work.Cult you need to deliver a high customer service and accept emails from your customers if you are going to charge such premiums.IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY.1. Wished you would have spelt my name correctly.2. You do resell as you don't make the product yourself, in fact I was able to find the item from Choice Furniture Store for £450.00 vs your list price of £599 which you have now changed today to £499.99. Choice Furniture store also have free delivery.3. If I am cancelling a order it is not a return.

From the beginning to the delivery date the customer service was fantastic, very helpful and kind with me, plus the quality from my chairs are incredible.
