Sunday family lunch meal to celebrate one of our daughters birthdays. First visit in a number of years. Meals were tasty and good value, even more so as Beefeater had sent me a 40% off mains. Wine prices are reasonable. Cocktails good value, but could not make the old fashions ordered by two of us. Our waitress was first rate, friendly and helpful..

I had breakfast and dinner here for 2 daysThe service was good with a really good breakfastThe first evening I had the smothered chicken and a cheese cake which was niceThe second evening I had the 74 burger and apple pie which was also very niceThe only thing that I would say is that I personally found it difficult to identify the meals deals on the menu and it took the waitress a couple of goes to explain it to me

Staff warned us of how busy they were and that there would be a delay. I spoke to Ben and asked if we could just order my son's food who is 1 and he sorted that straightaway meaning he wasn't waiting longer then needed. Hannah was our server and she was apologetic for the delay but both her and Ben delivered great service, didn't find we were waiting too long really overall, one of the better experiences we have had here. My negative was I ordered fish and chips and it was quite greasy so not the best and my husbands steak was quite chewy. The kids meal was fine though.

Arrived for a meal today, table for 3 without booking.Offered a table straight away wonderful waitress called Jodie served us our meal and took care of our bill when requested.Polite efficent and attentive, fabulous customer service!Seated by another gentleman who took our drinks order didn't catch his name but also gave great service, first visit today but will definitely return.Great food and very clean!

Went to have the unlimited breakfast, you choose the quantity of main items and it was delicious. Being a vegetarian and not liking eggs helps me as not forced to have any and can substitute with other items. Could have had more, but this was plentiful especially as continental breakfast as well.....Great value and superb food and service,If I have any complaint it is the 'vegetarian bacon' which is awful, so be aware as I have had better. Personally, I would just have an extra other replacement such as ashbrown, egg or veggie sausage.

The lovely Bianca served us and as always was friendly, welcoming and always remembers us. Food was great, both mains and puddings!Kept getting the card machine wrong, wrong pin and then accidentally cancelled transaction and Bianca was great with us, so patient and jolly. She creates the perfect service experience. See you soon!

The Best Beefeater we have been to! We visited yesterday evening as we were staying in the Premier Inn next door. Very friendly staff especially our waitress Bianca. She couldnt do enough to make my family feel welcome. Food very tasty and hot. Great deal 3 course for £6.99 for children and even had steak for my son! Would deffo rec a visit. Will deffo be returning.

I've edited this review due to the very poor service the following evening. The waiters just didn't seem interested at all, I felt like an inconvenience. It's very hit and miss depending on who's serving you.I'm from out of town, coming here for work purposes, and I'd had a really stressful trip on the train but Bianca who works in the restaurant really made me feel welcome.Not just me, everyone she met and served, she did it with a smile and an energy that even the youngest in the profession could hardly match.Bianca really made my evening, what an asset to the team.The food was excellent too. The chefs were happily getting on with it and very attentive to any requests.Thank you folks :)
