Super friendly club - I've trained here under Kami for nearly three years, and feel honoured to be learning White Crane Kung Fu whilst also playing a small part in keeping this traditional martial art alive.

Really friendly and informal club. I've been learning White Crane for about 3 months now and it's the best martial art club experience I've had in the 5 years since i started practicing martial arts. The 1st hour class typically begins with soft warm ups that help wake you up after a long work day then we might practice some forms or some drills depending on what the class or individuals feel like working on.For those interested in the History, it is considered by some that the White Crane system is the ancestor of the very popular Wing Chun system that has spread across the globe thanks to Bruce lee and the recent Ip man films starring Donnie Yen.
