I like what you have done to the reception and toilets etc, and the new cafe is very nice, we have been hiring from Richardson's long enough to remember the old cafe and shop, but New one is very nice.

2 berth cruiser for 3 nights. Booking was on line and easy. Reception was easy and well laid out. The boat was well presented and exactly as expected. Return to base was seemless and well handled by friendly staff. Only downside was cold tap didn't work in the bathroom on board. No big deal just used bottled water. Will happily come back and do it again.

Tried the Broads on a short break for the first time. Great reception and handover from the staff. Good local knowledge on places to stop, visit or eat. Total change of pace: no rush and passing boat crews wave making it feel friendly and a community. Any difficulties, as newbies, were overcome by friendly help from nearby fellow sailors with no judgement on being inexperienced.

Staffing was excellent, unfortunately the boat we were given for the week was passed its best ,being old a lot of things didn't work and the general look of the boat was very tired. Would use firm again but only if a more modern boat was supplied.

Brilliant, It was pardon the pun smooth sailing from start to finish. Very quick and getting you going after the safety brief and test drive. Very easy to give them the boat back they check how much fuel you have used and if you have not used it all they give you your money back.

Thoroughly impressed with Richardson's; from collection to dropping off of the boat 4 days later. They even came out to help us under Ludhan Bridge (twice!) Due to the high water levels. Will book with them again.
