Stone Island Flagship Store

I went in here for the first time today 15.05.19 and had none of the issues that other reviews seem to have mentioned. I asked the young lady to check for sizes XL and she went and checked multiple times on multiple items, all very courteously and helpfully. The 2 lads on the checkout were also very polite and courteous. Even the older security guard type bloke standing at the entrance acknowledged and greeted me on entry and exit so customer service was fine. Great range of items also and good for finding XL and XXL sizes.

Went to the store today the customer service is very bad they treat you like your below them no polite greeting or anything asked for a colour of a jacket and was answered back very rudely wanted to ask more question but felt very uncomfortable so walked out and went next door to CP and spent well over £1500 CP customer service is very good that came home and ordered another £800 worth of tshirts and jumpers online stone island should consider getting rid off all the people in that store or revoking the licence of the gut that owns it.

Great & friendly staff, exceptional tailored service offered advice and alternatives to out of stock items. Would definitely visit again

Good selection and felt inviting. Bit pricier items than in other stores but expected.

Normally enjoy going to this shop but Friday the guy wouldn't unlock the door to allow us in although they were open , shame but no worries went to CP company next door and spent £900

A beautifully laid out store. Light and airy with the clothes displayed by colour. Very nice.

Had a fantastic experience at the shop. I found all the staff very friendly. Abena (I believe that was her name) who served me was particularly helpful and friendly. I would recommend this store to anyone, although be prepared for your wallet to take hit!!!Will go again.

I’ve been in this store 3 times in the last 8 months, each time spending hundreds of pounds on clothes for my son. But from now on i’ll order online so I don’t feel like an inconvenience to the staff!The staff I’ve been unfortunate enough to be served by all came across a stand offish and rude. I work in retail management and wouldn’t employ any of them based on their attitudes and sloppy customer service skills.They are very hostile and aloof. I’ve waited for this to happen three times before I’ve written this review in case I was being unfairly critical . But I’ve been in there in the last three days and nothing has changed. As I work in retail I completely understand how frustrating and mundane the job can be and therefore as a customer myself I go above and beyond to be polite to staff. Especially in recent times with Covid.
