Mel is always very responsive when I message, gives great detail and information. She is always polite and very welcoming when you arrival, she talks to you and keeps you company whilst you have your procedure, it's like being there with a friend. I initially attended to have profhilo, which I was very pleased with, and I returned when my botox was due for renewal, both these treatments I have had elsewhere and was looking for an experienced Doctor to replace the one i had originally. I would highly recommended them to everybody!

The whole process was so easy, Mel makes you feel right at ease! I had 0.5 ml of lip filler (for the first time), and didn’t hurt near as much as I had previously heard. Great experience would 100% recommend.
