Katie, introduced me to the club. She gave a great tour which was very informative and it was easy to understand the packages.I felt welcome and not rushed through the tour. Katie was a pleasure to talk to as she came across friendly but at the same time professional.

Lovely place but once you have joined customer service for anything membership related is via head office and absolutely awful! They never call you back and even when they do, they still don't solve things. A great place ruined by bad management. Shocking when you think how much they charge!

Amazing pool and spa facilities. The perfect place to go after a busy week of work. Very clean. Really friendly and helpful staff.

It's OK...it's no longer I feel it is an exclusive gym. Have Celsius package but area hasn't been upgraded since it opened more than 20 years ago. Was much better before David Lloyd bought it. Kids run around the whole lounge area and can be really noisy at certain times of the day. Won't be renewing when my contract comes up for renewal. Just the same as a normal leisure center in my opinion and that's fine but I'm wanting something more exclusive.

Been a member on and off for over a decade. Huge price increase recently. I pay around £250 per month for a family membership!!For that price I expect more.Better equipment (that works), often waiting a long time to speak to someone at reception due to lack of staff. At busy times sometimes there's no parking and not enough equipment.Some of the young female bar staff seriously need some customer service training or attitude adjustment. They are more focused on discussing their hair than serving customers.Good racket sports facilities and spa and generally friendly bunch.I was a happy member for many years but now the cost outweighs the benefit and for the privilege Its a 3 month notice period so another £750!......Yes really.

Not going to lie I was more than impressed. Never been here before but went to a birthday party for my child's friend. Was amazing, very clean, staff are lovely. Such a nice calming atmosphere and a big space too. Lots of amenities, pools, tennis courts, I think a spa area. Nice clean toilets and fresh towels on entry. The gym area looked brilliant, and the bar and food selection was definitely worth staying for.

If you're going to join, make sure you only join when they offer a promotional discount.I didnt, and pay £113 x2 for a couple membership plus £32.50 for child.A friend pays £75 per month for platinum as a single membership. For two years running she has received a promotional discount.It seems if you sign up via email and not face to face in the Club, you dont get any offers.Discount set by head office, but never advertised in club.It's taken 12 days for a response from central"Yet central isn't head office

Re-joined after 7 years away and the facilities have really moved with the times. Very modern and relevant to what we need right now. Kris, the sales manager, was incredibly helpful, considerate and professional. Kris was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the club and presented how family orientated the club is. Highly recommend, five star experience
