Wright's - Helmingham Hall
A friend treated me to afternoon tea today which she had pre-booked. We were extremely disappointed. There weren't any sandwiches or scotch eggs left . We could only have, scones, quiche, sausage roll or cake . The sausage roll wasn't a normal sausage meat one but pulled pork not very tea like. The scones both fruit and cheese were dry and hard plus the cheese ones were very lacking in cheese totally tasteless. My friend said her cake wasn't great either. Everything was served on one plate. The worst afternoon tea. I'd ever had.
