For the most part it feels that this is impossible and so we compromise - choosing an instructor based on a convenient location or changing our schedule according to the class times offered and then accepting whoever happens to instruct the class.Katie takes all the guesswork out of finding an excellent yoga instructor. She has such stringent entry requirements for the instructors which means they are fully vetted both professionally with a long record of established yoga instruction, incredible anatomy knowledge but are also trustworthy and reliable. Classes are therefore not just perfectly aligned to your diary but modified to your exact physical and personal preferences. Improvement and growth are maximised and benefits go far beyond the class both physically and mindfully.Having used Yoga Team for many years I have nothing but the highest praise and firm recommendation for the company.

I hope this is the right review for the right company. I’m sure they’ll inform me if it isn’tI joined reading about a personally made programme. I don’t think so. It’s generic too hard. Not personally made. It was too difficult and the whole process felt complicated I’ve been asking them several times to UNSUBSCRIBE me for 2 months But they ignore me. I’ve tried blocking emails from them. But they bypass them

Yoga Team are great at organising my company's weekly yoga. The classes good value, I always get quick responses to queries and the teachers are excellent! Would highly recommend.
