Horrific .. they installed a door which was supposed to have a guarantee but we’re called Rainbow now Shipley Plastics Ltd (Same) company and have not resolved the problem need a NEW Door and they fitted double glazing window without safety glass I am in the process of complying to the Ombudsman DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER

Complete rubbish. Do NOT use unless you like waiting months for anyone to correct issues. Any sort of customer service has gone. We're still waiting for snagging to be sorted on my full house install months later.

SBP provided us with a brand new conservatory, which was installed almost 18 months ago now. The product is brilliant, warm and fully usable in the winter with the Celsius glass and is one of the nicest enhancements to our house. We recently discovered that we didn't possess the keys for the small opening windows, which we must have inadvertently over-looked, so contacted SBP and spoke to Charlotte. The after-service that we received was brilliant and keys were sent through the post without delay. We would certainly recommend them and use again in the future.
