Serve-north. Definitely the best go to! I rang up quite late at night thinking it will be too late for someone to come in, however within 20-30 minutes they were here. Very pleasant, friendly and professional. What I liked is that they talked us through what the issues potentially might be and gave advice on how we can avoid any future blockages..Thank you for always showing up. Anytime I have had an issue - Serve-North are reliable. Definitely the best plumbing service in the north east (the only one I know and will continue to know)

Our experience with serve north has been exceptional, professional and tidy! Tinaro and his team have been very efficient, very helpful and have worked to a very high standard to get our heating set up! Tinaro is very friendly, clean, neat and tidy and has been nothing but helpful during his time in our home. Any changes to our home during the process were always put back to the way it was found, including small areas of carpets. We are very happy with the service received from Tinaro and his team, we would highly recommend to anyone looking for the heating install, to go with serve north. Efficient, professional and friendly!

From the first contact, they have been outstanding. The job was a complete plumbing refurbishment - first and second fix for a 4 bed 2 bath house including central heating.Excellent communication, taking pride in their work, being tidy and ensuring that we were informed and happy at all stages of the project.Ultimately delivered on time and on budget, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We used serve north to renovate our down stairs toilet, prior to this, we used them to install sinks, and radiators. We have used them for the past few years. They are fast, reliable and always ready in times of emergency. The quality and workmanship in each installation is why we choose to continually go back for work in the house. Serve North are our go to. We look forward to using them for future bathroom renovations.Best plumbing and home renovation company in the Northeast!!!!!!!

Our boiler stopped working on our return from Spain on 20th November. Although we had other quotations from other suppliers there appeared to be no urgency. Mr Mwedzi visited us on Thursday 24th and managed to provide us with a brand new boiler which he fitted on Saturday 26th November.This was a first class job very well done and in extremely short order.I would certainly recommend Mr Mwedzi as a reliable and excellent boiler engineer.

Serve-North is a professional and impressive outfit. Tinaro works diligently, carefully and with great attention to detail. We have just completed a major house renovation on a 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom property and they have replaced the entire Central Heating and Hot Water systems as well as re-fit all sanitary and kitchen fittings. There were many moving parts with the project and we could always rely on Tinaro to complete his tasks on-time and with a smile on his face.
