Not professional at all .. lady has no knowledge of what she is doing and what are the customers expectations.. I went there for keratin treatment and she ruined my hair to the worst... moreover when I went back to her show the results she didn’t even realised her mistake , on the other hand she blamed me that I am expecting to keep my hair straight with keratin.. I tried so many times to explain her that I want my hair to look smooth and shiny and off course straight at least for a week.. but my hair were so rough,dry, fizzy and uneven on the second day of treatment.. which was unexpected.. I was really disappointed with the service and simply wasted my money... that lady named Sweety she didn’t even bother about it and when I asked for a refund she simply deniedWould never recommend her services..Really cheap service
