Mark said that he didn't have enough time to clean my oven properly and charged me £130. I had to finish it off myself. he didn't say he was to charge this much for 3 hrs but he quoted £140 for my range oven in particular so I expected it to be clean.I moved into the new house and wanted a nice clean oven and I paid for the job, not per hour. I negotiated £10 off in the end because I wasn't happy but this job was not worth £130 for sure. very disappointed. picture shows the top bit left by Mark vs what I scrubbed myself in front of him within 3 mins...
