Not simply a car dealership. I can’t thank Paul enough for the exceptional standard of customer service we received. He was there every step of the way. Everything we needed was handled with care. Every request was handled efficiently, professionally and with no hard selling. He continually kept us informed about our choice and made sure that the vehicle was ready exactly when we needed it. Can’t really thank him enough.

Service Manager Will very helpful and professional went out of his way to help in a emergency. Always have had a good experience in both Service and sales. Will be using both again.

They have always taken car of our cars needs and also have leased 2 used cars from here in the past and they have been alright. I think I would recommend them but do haggle for a good deal as the first deal we had with the car was not that great compared to the one we have now.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, as I've had nothing but a nightmare with this dealer.Bought a car from all the way in Wales and they had it driven to us, which we were not pleased with - first annoyance.The car was in a terrible state, had not been cleaned properly at all - mud all over the plastics inside, cobwebs, grubby seats, green on the outside plastics and the amount of wax they had smeared on the alloys proved it had not seen a soap sud.We checked the car over and there were a number of dents and scrapes which hadn't been mentioned to us. The car had apparently had a new clutch and flywheel but there was a clear vibration when pulling off and in reverse. Amongst other things like a broken headlamp, very worn brake discs, service light stuck on and footrest not working properly - not an exhaustive list!We eventually settled on returning the car as it was too expensive for them to repair. And so the next issue arises...Even though I phoned the manager Adam and tried to ensure he was onto the finance company in plenty of time to unwind the finance, he didn't do it.The payment was taken around the 1st of May and now on the 20th of May I have only received less than half back from the finance company.I lost money on tax and insurance due to no fault of my own but didn't complain or ask to be compensated for this - maybe I should have!I don't just not recommend, I recommend you tell your friends and family not to use them, because if something goes wrong, they won't sort it.

Just so many good things to say but the box is to small,but they have a fantastic sales adviser Mr Paul Cowan has been efficient and so helpful in providing the best care and understanding whilst I was purchasing my new car,could not fault the continuous service and constant updates whilst waiting for the car,he's a asset to yeomansAwesome manBrilliant sales adviserCould not fault him

I have to say my visit today was very disappointing, on arrival there was nowhere to park I had to reverse back through the vehicles for sale not the best impression, as a customer of some 15 years multiple purchases and the introduction of other family and friends to your site, parking is a must in this environment if people have to park in paid parking areas I'm sure it will have a knock on effect to sales, it has certainly made me think that said I find Paul a true gentleman and a great help with purchases and nothing is to much trouble he goes out of his way to ensure my visits are a happy experience, if it wasn't for him I would have left without the possible purchase of another car, I would also like to say Dan is always welcoming.

Not a very helpful Service Department. 2 month wait for car to be looked at.Went to Exeter Nissan who looked at it the following week and fixed the fault.

I have used Citroen Plymouth for many years. I have brought several Citroens over the years that have gone through the dealership during their lifetimes. I have found the front service deals very helpful, polite and courteous. They always go above and beyond to make sure I get the best experience. I have a C4 Grand Picasso which went in for warranty works, they contact you beforehand and throughout each stage and on return, the car was cleaned , hoovered and well presented. After using their services for many years, I have always been very happy and look forward to potentially changing my car next year for another. Thank you at Citroen for looking after us so well.
