They originally had my laptop just to fix a hinge and gave it back with a crack down the screen and the screen popping out on the left hand side.They charged me again to replace the screen, even though it was their fault.When they then gave it back the camera now wasn’t the right.I took it back a third time due to the camera and there’s still some dark marks when using it and the laptop won’t close properly.no compensation was offered even though they had this laptop for at least 3/4 weeks and the second and third of the repairs were their fault.

More like visiting friends than a regular store.Good selection of New and 2cnd hand pc parts and refurb computers.Great selection off new builds from simple office to top line gaming pcs.Knowledgeable staff always ready to help.Worth a visit .

This place is great, SB helped me with diagnosing my hardware issues on multiple occasions and saved me a lot of headache.Friendly knowledgeable staff!Great disabled access too - which is really useful if you are carrying in a heavy tower pc in for inspection, I literally hit the large 'open door' button with my behind :)Hopefully I don't have any hardware issues again, but if i do i am coming back to SB!

Brought my lap top from them nearly 7 years ago. Very helpful when you've got a technical problem.Also, my partner purchased a lap top from them, again where very patient with us when we had a problem & sorted it.Good company.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Recently bought a second PC from here, arrived half hour before closing and in that time the staff listended to my problem, advised me of my options, changed out a graphics card from my old PC into a new one and cloned the HD and I was on my way. Thanks again.

Very knowledgeable and helpful when I had an issue with an M.2 drive failure, first time that's ever happened to me so I was a little unsure on what to do. They sorted me out with a replacement and offered to fix the PC immediately if I couldn't do it. First class service, highly recommended, thank you guys.

Top lads, super friendly and managed to diagnose and fix a PC problem that I had a nightmare trying to troubleshoot myself for 3 days.I'll definitely go back if I have any puzzling issues, fair prices and excellent customer service.They also seem to have a wide range of enthusiast components so will have to check that out for any future upgrades.

This is an absolutely brilliant place for computer repairs, desktops, laptops and components. Staff are very helpful but just remeber to add 20% tax on to everything. Prices are also great even with tax!
