Had an amazing experience with 2nd2None driving all thanks to Nick Webb. With my previous driving school I struggled to learn much, but Nick was excellent at judging where I was when it came to my driving skills and was always quick and efficient when it came to pointing out my mistakes and correcting them. Couldn't recommend 2nd2None Driving school and Nick Webb enough!!!

My wife booked an appointment with the school. We had to get carers to look after the kids because I work.At the appointed time no one came for the appointment, no communication as to why this didnt happen. We tried to call but the numbers were non responsive citing closure because of COVID 19. I am still awaiting a response from the team. We have paid for a block of 10hrs but with my first experience I would rather avoid this and get my refund as first impressions matter.

My experience with instructor Andy was so bad.It made me lose my self-confidence, it wasn't patient at all. It actually made me not like driving and I couldn't wait to start driving. It made me feel like I couldn't, and he insisted on trying automatically. He was upset if I made a mistake, and he cut my hours instead of 2 hours, I did 1 hour, he said I didn't concentrate, but in fact he was the problem.I'm glad I got my money back for the remaining hours. That was the only good thing1 Star is only for refund

The coach can't make it for the road test on the schedule. I tried to call, leave a voice message, email, and whatsapp the office but no one answer the call or reply for 2 days.

Avoid Gareth! Really good staff and would definitely recommend the company- my wife studied with Gareth in Bristol. He was good up to the point (after 3 months of study) of cancelling on her a few days before test (by text which crushed her confidence) claiming my wife was dangerous and he refused to let us use his car for test (which we had booked in advance with no problems or prior indications that there were any issues) forcing me to take a day off work to take my wife to test. Not a good teacher at all. Good company, avoid Gareth

Fantastic driving school. I highly recommend 2nd2none if you are looking for driver training.I did an intensive course in an automatic and passed first time. My instructor was called Rob.Very nice genuine polite and reasonable pricesWith an excellent training ability.Can not recommend them enough, one very happy costumer.

I had very bad experience.I booked 4 to 6 classes and majority was rescheduled by instructor Joe. There is no sink between booking team and instructor. I also booked driving test for Sept 15 back in April 22 and also informed the company and instructor. Instructor sends me a message in August end stating he is not available for the test since another client of his entered instructor number when they booked. What is the purpose of me blocking his time 4 months back. Not fair. He should have asked the other person to reschedule since I booked in advance and he was aware . Now I have to find a good instructor. Waste of my money and time.08/09After 2 days of follow up. There is no response from your office.

Avoid at all costsUnfortunately our experience with 2nd to none school was horrible and it is far away of being straight forward our simple as they advertise on their websiteWe requested to teach my wife just Automatic driving and they send us Gareth as her instructor ,who was ok at the beginning but from the early stages issues started to happen and we were just too blind to seeIn one time we paid for a block of 10 hours (£300) and they didn’t have a clue and after we spoke with them they came up with story that those hours were assigned by mistake to someone else!!!!!!!Another time we booked and paid for 10 hours and on the first appointment Gareth never show up and when we called the company to check they didn’t have this appointment reserved and after checking they discovered that it was their mistake.Another time she didn’t feel very well and immediately he said that he can’t let her drive if she isn’t well and he took her back home and we still were charged for the 2 complete hours although he could have used this time for show intel that doesn’t require her to drive .We thought that all these are innocent mistakes the real problem started when we felt that we are being pressurised to keep booking blocks of 10 hours and every time my wife was asking him when will she be ready he was just avoiding a clear answer .After 60 hours he finally said to her that she was half way through!!!!!!!!!! Of course this knocked her confidence down and she decided to give up on the whole driving thing.We called the company to check if this is the case and James called us back and he told us that this isn’t the case and that Gareth said she is very close to pass her test (which makes me wonder why was he saying to her that she is half way through except that he just wanted to keep her booking unneeded hours)I started to teach her myself and she became more confident, we reserve a practical test and we called them again to go with her to the test and they requested that she would reserve more hours so he can decide if she is ready or notWhen he showed up for the appointment he showed her that he isn’t happy and immediately said to her let’s see what bad habits you learned.Once again he knocked her confidence down and put her off, when we called to complain about this situation we faced the most horrible customer service by Holly who introduced herself as one of 6 managers of the company who didn’t care and eventually we were told that it is his call and they can’t decide for him and maybe it is better for us to go and make the test on our own car.We have spent almost £2000 with this people and they didn’t have the courtesy to treat us in fair way
