Nice cafe been there since my childhood, still one of the best good food and staff Lincoln's local cafe

We sat in for lunch, and it couldn't have been better. The service was great, a lovely lady made us a hot baguette to order, with table service when it was done. She also warmed the muffins after we had eaten our baguettes. Very tasty, plenty of filling and all very fresh. Not a pristine chain place, but much better food and service for it.

Sadly very pricey, average and the muffin I got wasn't even filled.

Popped in for a takeaway lunch and wished we hadn't bothered.Served by two miserable members of staff who acted like they didn't want to be there. Very curt in answering questions and generally unhelpful.When I pointed out an error in our order, the younger of the two, sighed loudly and rolled her eyes skyward.This was witnessed by another customer who was just as surprised as we were to be met with such blatant rudeness.The sandwich fillings are not labelled up at all so you have to guess what they are. The sausage rolls are very greasy, with minimal meat.My advice to customers is shop elsewhere. My advice to the management, staff training required or hire cheerier staff who don't mind working a weekend.

Great range of sandwiches, savouries and cakes. Lovely service with a smile.

Only had a capercio but it was a good one also the price.

AVOID!!!!!!!!Popped in for a lunch deal on this particular Sunday. Young and older women who were serving. Looked and acted like they reallyyyy didn't want to be working on a Sunday. Rolling of eyes and huffing at you. Wish we hadn't bothered. Awful customer service. You don't deserve to work there! Will not visit again.**Curtis management, please take note of this for better customer service skills training and talk to these individuals.

To expensive for the frozen products served. Go to Greg's for a cheaper and better experience

Lovely coffee and a very tempting selection of cakes, rolls etc. Good value for money

Lady behind the counter needs to remember she is in a customer service role and if she doesn't like it leave.Rolling her eyes everytime she takes people's ordersNo manners and no actually making people aware how much their order is before shoving a card machine in your fave upside down so you can't see how much she is charging you.Food was lovely but shame she's letting the place down
