After seeing the car on the website, we rang and checked it's availability and then arranged a test drive.We were greeted by Kieran at the dealership, who then took us out for our test drive. Kieran allowed both myself and my husband to drive the car and didn't rush us. He answered our questions and offered to find out any information he wasn't sure about.After agreeing to buy the car, Kieran arranged for any necessary works to be completed and rang to notify us when the car was ready. Kieran and his colleague delivered the car to our home and has offered his assistance if we have any further questions or struggle to sync our mobile phones.Would definitely go back and recommend.

Car went in for service. Returned with lights still on dashboard. No brake hold!!!! Returned to have problem rectified. Before the service there was no problem with my brake hold!!! Do not communicate updates. Do not have a courtesy car. Have been left stranded without a car. Cannot get hold of manager. No idea when my car will be sorted!!!. I have bought all my cars from this dealership but I won’t in The future. In fact I am going to switch manufacturer or go to Honda dealership in Warrington from now on.

Superb service from Ben at Honda Southport.Ben was able to take me through the process and give me a very attractive part exchange requiring no need to discuss part exchange value.Service from initial enquiry to picking up the car keys was excellent, including arranging for a longer test drive period and going through extra options available.Will definitely buy another car from them when changing my vehicle again. Well worth making a slightly longer journey to a salesperson who took a that genuine interest for the customer.Well worth the 5 stars.
