Steve came to look at my oven which had been repaired by another “professional” but had blown again.In taking it apart he showed me how the electrical work had essentially caused a mini fire.Not only did he help me order a replacement oven because there were dimensional difficulties with my counter but he then came back to ensure it fit.Absolutely stunning service. I’ve used Steve before and I will never go elsewhere again.

Steve was in and out before I had time to finish making him a coffee, and our months of groaning about the darn dishwasher came to an abrupt end. It's been working great since, several months later.

I needed to understand whether I could repair my faulty dishwasher or whether it needed to be replaced. After some questioning over the phone a faulty pump was diagnosed. I was asked the serial number so they could investigate and was called back promptly to be advised it was better to replace and even given a recommended dishwasher model for replacement as the cost of a new pump was £250 and it was an old dishwasher. Very refreshing to get this type of service considering London Spin Doctor would not get any financial benefits. Also other repair persons just offered to come out “at cost” without asking about the problem or taking the serial number to get part information in advanced. If faults occur on my goods in future I’ll definitely use this service again for diagnosis and repair.

Steve has fixed a couple of different machines for us now. He is reliable and very knowledgable and super quick! He identifies the issue and is honest and good at recommending new products if you decide to replace instead. I would highly recommend Spin Doctor if your washing machine or tumble dryer has let you down!
