I’ve no idea when this shop opened but it looks very clean, the staff I’ve been served by on the occasions I’ve been there have always been polite and helpful. All food products are presented nicely and attractively. Furthermore, the Mocha is absolutely the best I’ve tasted anywhere! It beats the usual coffee shop mochas by miles!Recommended!

Wenzels here only opened up recently and every journey there has been a pleasure. To good to go orders are brilliant. Great friendly staff and amazing shop!

Terrible service really disappointed in the staff lately. Really miserable faces and get the impression they don’t want to serve you.No smiles and bad attitude when serving in particular the assistant manager Mioara who served me. Mioara slams the bags down and snatches the products out of your hands at the till. Some customer service needs to be taught to her.Such a shame as I really rated Wenzles and was constantly recommending to friends etc but service like this will make me go elsewhere.

Last time I went I was overcharged. I paid for four sausage rolls when I only received (and wanted) three. The lady behind the counter pretended like she didn't know what I was talking about.

Wow. Gourmet quality at high st prices. Such good quality and taste. The sandwiches and baguettes are as good and tasty as you can get. The doughnuts and treats are so good. Lovely texture and lightness without being greasy and heavy. Sweetness just right without being sickly. The best part is the service. Was very fortunate to have met Ele (assistant manager). She is brilliant and the exact person needed to win new customers. Gave me couple items to try with my purchases and she has definitely won me over. Will be back to buy them all. Was not a fan of Croissnut, I am now.

One day I came to Wenzel Chigwell meet Roxana and she gave me very good service and made me very happy. I think she is the best manger possible. Additionally adriana was very helpful aswell I appreciate them a lot

The Staff mostly are really nice and friendly, but can be a bit difficult to deal with at times BUT the food is amazing, presented well and off amazing quality! The prices seem a bit steep sometimes but it reflects in the good food quality
