Threatened with £175 increase in annual bill if I don't have a Water meter fitted even though it has to be installed behind kitchen cupboards which means damaging casing and for me to repair it!If I don't want any damage done then I have to pay the extra £175..what sort of a choice is this?Disgusting obnoxious customer service rep .I pity the vulnerable and elderly who cannot retaliate to such bullying behaviour!

I’d like to give Network Advisor, Emma Rich a big shout out. She has been super helpful throughout my whole time dealing with SES and has kept me updated through a very long process, even when she didn’t work in the team that I was dealing with, she still offered to be a point of contact. Thank you very much for all your help!(For context I was replacing a lead water pipe and had to wait months and months for the team to come out and needed assistance when replacing the pipe).

Bunch on scammers. Sending billing later that does now make sense and saying I missed payments even tho i never missed it. Customer service is lost when they try to explain you where the bill comes from. Stay away from them

An excellent customer service! It was so easy to open an account and when I moved it closing the account was smooth. Everytime I contacted customer service, no long waits to answer call and everytime my query was resolved.

After 3 emails and several phone calls to ses, still my bill query has not been resolved. An email to head of customer care in June, now August and still no reply or contact.I only wish to sort and pay my bill after an error they made in January..SES do you listen ?

I live in Cobham Surrey and ses water have recently been working close to me, I must say that they were very helpful, hard working, clean and tidy and kept any disruption to a bare minimum , certainly the best workmen I've seen for years.

poor company, opened two accounts in my name and have been charging me for the same amount on two accounts while sending me letters saying I havent paid my bill while taking out money on one of the accounts and not monitoring it! confusing i know! They don't know what they're doing.

I had very low water pressure in my kitchen tap. The SES inspector Charlie came & was brilliant! He was very helpful, friendly and explained the fault & how I could get it fixed by a plumber as it was the mains stopcock that was at fault. He gave great advice and was a credit to SES. Thank you Charlie.

Avoid this company for your business as they are terrible to deal with. All they ever say when you phone is we will cut your water supply.
