I recently had the unfortunate experience of receiving abysmal customer service at a store last Thursday around 12. I felt as if I was being treated like an enemy rather than a customer or who promoting same brands in another place, with both the supervisor and assistant displaying an attitude that made me question their professionalism and dedication to their roles.

A problem of fly infestation was reported last year - 2022. The dessert items out on display were covered with various flies - crawling inside and outside of the cakes and cookies on display. Leon restaurants made assurances that this issue is being adequately addressed. But a year on and the same problem persists. It seems that LEON restaurants don’t really care or see this as a food health and safety issue. This problem has been reported several times but nothing really happens to rectify it.And right after reporting this issue again - last week (w/c 14th August 2023) for 4th time, and after making more empty assurances, the dessert items are back out in the open with flies crawling all over them. I’ve included recent videos in this review. Selling food like this to the public is unacceptable, especially when it’s a known issue.

Already visited this brunch a few times with my family and friends.Nice location, clean and cozy setting, tasty and healthy food and drinks, very friendly and helpful staff. Will visit again. Highly recommend.

I do try to understand why English people think they know how to cook good and tasty food. I have never ever tried anything like this before.... Food taste nothing! OVERPRICED! Staff is rude

I go there as a punishment coz the food and that female manager (with the worse attitude ever) suck! So here, I'm turning this negative experience into a better self. See you soon grumpy manager!

I enjoyed my freshly prepared meal here, which was ordered via a touch screen, but there are staff available to take orders the old school" way.The portions were great and for what I paid I found it to be a good price for the location of the restaurant.The staff were good fun whilst I was waiting for my food to be prepared."

Nice food although not all the options are as healthy as intended to be. We went for late dinner, I think the ambience would be better at lunch time.

My first visit to a Leon and it didn't disappoint! So wonderful to have delicious & flavoursome gluten free & dairy free options, loved it!

Leon and a breakfast in St John’s Gardens.On the move and want a quick vegan breakfast with a nice view - grab something from Leon on Horseferry and within 2 mins you’re in the tranquil St John’s Gardens.Leon don’t have a huge choice for vegans (much more for veggies) but there is porridge, a few other sweet options and vegan sausage sourdough muffin.Ordering is really quick on the touchscreens, as with every conceivable option available and it will email you the receipt too.I ordered the vegan sausage sourdough muffin, hash browns with a vegan garlic alioli, oat milk latte and vegan pecan and maple oat cookie. It took 4 mins to arrive and with 5 mins of ordering I was sat in the gardens in peace.Muffin was tasty with spinach and a tangy sauce so not dry at all. 4 moon shaped hash browns were not greasy and delish in the garlic alioli. The cookie and coffee rounded it off nice and I’m ready for my day - calm and full.(If it’s raining or cold you can eat in)
