Mynedfa 'Eye Clinic' Entrance

Best hospital I've ever visited in the UK. All staff in the department friendly, efficient all had a good sense of humour. Every member of staff I passed in the corridors smiled at me. A nurse carrying her lunch offered to assist us even though she was clearly on her lunch break. Was seen by Dr Washington who was so funny and thoroughly checked my eye, explained what was wrong in terms I understood. He also rang the pharmacy to check the antibiotic I needed was in stock. Arranged a follow up appointment for me and then showed me where the pharmacy was. Went to the canteen whilst I waited for my prescription to be filled, huge assortment of reasonably priced food including homemade flapjacks, shortbread and scones. £1 special for staff available which was a proper healthy meal. Staff as friendly and amiable as everywhere else. Parking is free also which is completely unheard of in every hospital I've ever visited in England. All wards clean and well presented, beautiful garden project in one of the courtyards in full bloom. Got the impression staff are well looked after as well as patients which is an absolute must. Really amazing service, couldn't find fault anywhere, five stars :)
