I recently experienced a technical issue while placing an order, which led to a double purchase. Since Starbucks' customer service wasn't available online, I was feeling a bit stressed about how to proceed with a refund.Fortunately, Jaouad from the Woolwich store was incredibly helpful. A wonderful addition to Woolwich, conveniently located right next to the station. Starbusks consistently delivers high-quality coffee with a wide range of options to suit every taste. I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating.

really lovely customer service especially in the evening, but it is absolutely freezing since the door is always kept open, so it would be perfect if there was just an open/closed sign so everyone inside can keep warm :)

Is a nice little shop and it is fantastic to have Starbucks back in the area, however.....The staff don't seem to be able to keep up with demand. Constant queues and ridiculous waiting times for customers.Perhaps if there was another cafe outside the station, they'd cope better with less demand, but failing that, management need to re-train everyone.Hopefully they will get on top of things and service will improve.

placed an online order and my order wasn’t called out while i was waiting inside the cafe. baristas left my order on the side and didn’t call my name until 15 minutes after she had made it. i asked for whipped cream to be added on top since it was a frappuccino and she refused

Great to see more coffee places in the area but this place needs to be managed better. The service is slow and the coffee is inconsistent eg. iced lattes often don’t have enough coffee.You can see that orders get stuck behind the bar at the coffee machine stage where only one barista is brewing, while the rest of the staff is doing nothing or working on tasks that are not urgent. The staff needs to collaborate together to keep the orders flowing, eg if the coffee machine is the bottleneck and they are using just one, they need one more person to jump in on the second coffee machine (which is not in use even at peak time) as soon as the orders pile in. Currently this doesn’t happen, they are all working in first gear whether it’s peak time or calm, and are not utilising the staff available.

It supposed to be a good location to grab coffee before my train but the waiting time is ridiculous.They forgot my order and i had to wait for 15mins while everyone after me received their orders and leave.I order a Chai Latte and it is be the sweetest and most awful taste i have ever had from Starbuck. Dont think it worth the money and time i had spent.
