I would suggest to stay away!! They are overpriced and once you go your appliances there they always add up £££ things they do without telling you and you end up with a big bill!! Not that great mannered staff as well!!

It is never open! I’ve been twice at 5:10pm (it’s supposed to close at 5:30pm) and it’s always closed. SO frustrating

Surprised to read friendly and great when it comes to staff. I've been in dozens of times and never friendly, always moody, never keen to help. If you know exactly what you want and its correct name then you'll be ok. I've found amazon prices are cheaper and a lot less hassle. Won't be going back in there to support them during this hard time.

I wanted to go to a physical store as opposed to shopping online, since I wanted a bit of advice.After reading another review I was worried that they would be unhelpful, but the man at the till was extremely helpful, and picked out the few items I needed.On top of that, the prices were less than I would have paid online. I will definitely come here again if I need anything else in the future.

I called them before going to the store to ask if they have the item and they said yes, and I asked about the price. However, when I went to the store they had only the bigger size. The man working there was kind and suggested to cut it down to fit my needs. He did what he said, I got my item, but the price at the end was not as they said on the phone but double. I did not argue as I had what I needed. They need to be more precise what they say on the phone.

I want to go here and buy from a local shop. But tools and materials are overpriced and many of the building materials are past their shelf life.Also, customer service is usually patronising.
