Very knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. The owner definitely knows his onions, and I like that. Most shops you go into these days have staff that haven't got a clue about the products they are selling... till monkeys straight out of high school or college. He has a very good variety of stock in, and gets new stuff in regularly, and his shop is very local to me. I can't recommend the place enough. Go and check his shop out, you'll be pleasantly surprised. His shop has also been featured on a few retro gaming channels on YouTube. Note, All those saying it isn't that cheap... the problem is some people want things for next to nothing these days, and... something is only worth what you are willing to pay for it at the end of the day. I happen to think that his prices are reasonable and fair, compared to other places and some of the silly prices people ask for on eBay. I would much rather visit this shop and than risk getting something off eBay.

Amazing range of rare, vintage, imported and retro figures games and manga and a very helpful friendly guy running the place!

The owner was knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful. They helped us pick out some games for our Wii. The prices were decent given the going rates on retro games and when something wasn't working, we were able to come back and get a replacement with no hassle. I frequently stop by and check out their inventory. When considering buying a new game recently they gave really excellent advice.

Dropped in today looking for retro games to add to my collection, I've decided to collect all Mortal Kombat games. They had some of the rarer games on my list and did me a little deal to help add them to my collection. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Recommended if you're in the area.

The best retro games shop I have been to in the UK. The shop is like the inside of my head. Full of great stuff the owner was a good guy with great knowledge. Would highly reccomend.

Had a fantastic time at this shop, the man running the shop was so friendly! He very kindly showed interest in my doll I'd bought elsewhere and sparked up conversation with me and my partner as we were extremely fixated on the two shelves of evangelion merch. The man running the place also assured us everything is offical as he goes to japan himself and brings everything back! Absolute gem of a store and will most definitely be visiting whenever I am in Cardiff again!
