A beautiful crematorium....a very peaceful place to remember those who are no longer with us....many members of my and my husband's family have been cremated here and it has always been a good experience for us....the only negative comment I can give is please please stop people from walking their dogs in here it is not a park and just recently I noticed joggers using it too...this seems totally disrespectful to me....please stop it now!!!! It's a graveyard and crematorium not a recreation ground.

We organised my mother's cremation here. Very beautiful intimate chapel for the service, Stephen F did a wonderful job of the celebrant remarks. No question that this was my first choice as soon as I saw the stunning grounds. Extremely thoughtful and helpful staff, they helped make the day the very best it could have been.

Held mothers funeral here and service was lovely. Chapel is very clean tidy and a pleasant atmosphere. Surrounds well kept.

Very tranquil & peaceful was at the crematorium yesterday and although was there for a sad occasion the calmness helped the situation. Professionally run but too much like a conveyor belt one done ! next.

My mother’s funeral yesterday. Grounds and set up very nice. However the funeral was spoilt by the nasty horrible woman with lot of eye makeup. Very rude and sarcastic when we tried to set up my mother’s photo and generally unpleasant.This person should not be allowed to deal with bereaved public. Let me know what is going to be done about her.

Had my Mum's funeral there last week. It was a lovely ceremony in a lovely intimate setting. I have visited this crematorium over the last twenty years and the grounds are always kept beautifully.

I visited the office to apply for a transfer of ownership of a family grave. The staff are friendly and efficient and Kathy made the process so easy.Visitors should note that the North East Surrey Crematorium Office is situated at the entrance of Morden Cemetery and is not the same as the actual Crematorium which is situated in the middle of Morden Cemetery.The Office provides cremation and memorial services including the purchase and transfer of graves whilst the Crematorium is where the actual service takes place.

We went to a cremation on a cold, wet and miserable day. The car parking is badly signposted. The doors to the waiting area were wide open. We had to freeze while we waited. The sound system was inadequate to the task. I hope they don't bring me here when my time has come.

My Father's funeral went very well, it was a lovely service, however when it came to collecting his remains the women who work there were very unpleasant. It's a very emotional time and these women were very cold and showed no compassion. Maybe re-train them or better still employ people with a little more compassion
