I was in the need of temporary accommodation for three months and I found the perfect house via Patrick James. My agent was a lovely lady called Kayleigh, who was from the start helpful, prompt and supportive of our needs. It was easy to move in and move out, and our deposit was promptly returned too. I would definitely recommend Patrick James and Kayleigh their letting agent.

Patrick James property and their team for me are lifesavers.With 7 days left for my contract to end I was in a dire need of a new property; they sorted me out with a house , the contract, referencing and other formalities within a matter of 4 days. If you are an international student I would highly recommend going with them, one of the best service and professional teams I have ever encountered.

Patrick James Property Management are without doubt excellent property managers. They care about their tenants and their landlords in equal measure. They are easy to communicate with and very fast to respond with help and support for both tenants and landlords. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for your excellent support during the whole selling process and throughout our time of owing two flats under your management. I also appreciate the direct support that you have provided for our four tenants too. You run a tight ship. There is no doubt that there will be tenants that do not appreciate the quality of service that your company provides and the personal interest that you take to make sure things are right - not to mention the value for money aspect in terms of the monthly service charge - not paid by tenants but by landlords. I wish that all of our properties were so well managed!

From my experience, since the initial contact, getting the essentials checks done and move in, the service provided was remarkable and incredibly fast. Danique and Sian were always very kind and helpful.The only thing that I think they could improve is the telephone service, always busy.

If I could rate 0 I would. Students should AVOID at all costs. Completely ripped us off when trying to get our deposit back, charged us for something so minor saying it needed replacing when it could have been a quick cheap fix, for us to find out they haven’t even replaced it a year on. They are awful are getting back to you about any issues, we were regularly out of hot water due to a dodgy boiler even though this should be a main concern. Overall awful experience with this company and they should be investigated into how they treat and mug off students.

Negative experience working with Patrick James property. Please avoid if you are students renting - poor communication and little to no accountability.

My family and I had a seamless experience working with a team member named Danique at the Patrick James property Management. We got an apartment of choice and her professionalism throughout the entire process is commendable.

Best letting property I have encountered so far! They respond to emails quickly especially when we had problems. They were also quick to send maintenance over to fix the issue. They also have very kind staff who are always willing to help.I would definitely recommend them!

Had an appalling time renting a student property through Patrick James. Poor communication, little action on maintenance issues, refused to alter the inventory at the start of the tenancy when we told them of issues and am now having to reclaim deposit through statutory declaration.
