I started to order products which I received, after my third time of ordering with them I ordered 2 items, I only received one of the items and they have refused to send the other item which I didn’t receive.I have seen lots of reviews of people having the same issue and will not be refunded.I do not recommend ordering through this company.

Quick delivery. Packaging was slightly damaged (by courier) the packaging was sturdy though so it must have been bashed around quite a bit. They sent me a replacement very quickly. Staff were very helpful and polite. Will use again.

Disappointed is an understatement I have ordered syringes from your company via Amazon for the last 3 months. I have had a total of 7 boxes of 100 luer lock 10ml syringes and only 3 have been delivered in decent protective packaging, and this is only after I have complained to Amazon. The other 4 have been delivered in a thin original cardboard box which is not fit for transport. The boxes have arrived open with the box often crushed with the syringes spilling out, and with a very embarrassed delivery driver apologizing for the state of the box. After repeated phone conversations with Amazon about this problem and explaining to them that we need the said items for medical purposes and not for putting acid in batteries" or "glue for hobbies" they have promised on 3 occasions that the correct packaging problem will be addressed and would never happen again. We ordered the same product to be delivered on Saturday which arrived in a thin cardboard box with no extra packaging for protection and was split on the underside with syringes spilling out. I called Amazon and explained the repetitive problem to be told to reorder it and was assured that this would never happen again and Amazon would be contacting your company to make sure that the packaging would be sufficient to protect your product. We ordered it again via Amazon for 24hr delivery. The said product arrived on Sunday and was in the same packaging and in the same state as the one delivered saturay. Do you have any customer care or pride in your product or company? I am one unhappy customer I will say the product is fantastic and does the job on my daughter's G-tube

Excellent service with very efficient delivery! Considering I had ordered during a very difficult time, MuzaMedical were very quick to deliver. When I had changed my order, this was done with no fuss and I was offered a refund straight away. A great company and service.
