We bought and sold properties with Gomer Williams. This is the second time we have conducted property sales with them. It has been a great service. Fast, communicative, efficient. They left no stone unturned. Everything takes time and property sales and purchase can be a nightmare. We were able to send and receive all documents, speak with Nia and get things done quickly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone purchasing a property. Tony Lewis acted on our behalf and we couldn’t fault him. He went above and beyond to ensure we purchased our property before our mortgage offer expired (as our sellers solicitors we’re extremely slow and poorly run) if it wasn’t for his hard work our purchase wouldn’t have been completed on time.
